Shipping within Switzerland

Orders within Switzerland are shipped with Swiss Post.
Shipping within Switzerland is free.

Most products marked as available are processed and shipped as quickly as possible after the order is received. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the corresponding shipping information.

International Shipping

International shipping is possible.
Shipping costs for international deliveries are calculated at checkout and must be borne entirely by the customer.

Additionally, for international orders, the customer bears all other costs that may arise in connection with the import, particularly:

• Customs duties
• Import taxes
• Customs clearance fees
• Processing fees
• Other country-specific charges

These costs are not included in the product price and are entirely at the customer's expense.

Delivery Times

Delivery time depends on the respective product, availability, and delivery country.
Products in stock are usually shipped promptly.

For international shipments, longer delivery times may occur due to transport, customs clearance, or country-specific processes. We have no direct influence on such delays.
