We want you to be satisfied with your order. However, should a return be necessary, the following conditions apply.

Return of standard products

Returns are only possible for non-customized products. The prerequisite for this is that the item is in unused condition, shows no signs of installation or use, and is returned in its original packaging if possible.

Returns must be agreed upon with us in advance. Returns cannot be processed or accepted without prior consultation.

Cost of return shipment

The costs for the return shipment are to be borne by the customer in all cases. This also applies if the return is made from abroad.

Exclusion of returns

The following are particularly excluded from return and exchange:

• individualized or personalized products
• specially manufactured products
• already used products
• already installed or assembled products
• products with signs of use, assembly, or installation

Therefore, please check your order immediately upon receipt and before installation.

Condition of returned goods

Returns can only be considered if the goods arrive with us complete, unused, and in perfect condition. Products that are damaged, soiled, used, or have already been installed are excluded from return.

Refund

After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will decide on the release of the refund. A refund will only be made if the return meets the conditions mentioned above.
