Massgefertigter Hitzeschutz für Abgaskrümmer und Turbolader
Wir fertigen den Hitzeschutz passgenau für deinen Abgaskrümmer, Turbolader oder weitere Teile der Abgasanlage. Der mehrlagige Aufbau aus Hochtemperatur-Silikatmatte und Edelstahl-Aussenhaut dient dazu, die Wärmeabstrahlung in den Motorraum zu verringern.
Jede Ausführung wird an das jeweilige Bauteil angepasst. Die Edelstahl-Aussenhaut wird mittels Mikroblechverschweissung dauerhaft verschlossen.
Details und Ausführung
- Hochtemperatur-Silikatmatte: materialabhängig bis ca. 1’000–1’200 °C
- Aussenhaut aus Edelstahl 304 oder 321
- Materialstärke der Aussenhaut: 0,5–1,0 mm
- Für Abgaskrümmer, Turbolader, Downpipes und Hosenrohre
- Lieferumfang: individuell gefertigter Hitzeschutz nach Kundenvorgabe
Sonderanfertigung – Preis auf Anfrage. Nach der Bestellung stimmen wir Masse, Materialausführung und Details mit dir ab. Für die passgenaue Fertigung kann das Bauteil eingesendet werden.
